Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the cancellation is done up to 31^st May 2025, 75% amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation is done up to 31^st July 2025, 50% amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation is done up to 31^st August 2025, 25% amount will be refunded.
No refund will be made for the requests made on or after 1st September, 2025.
Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing, by email.
All refunds will be made 30 days after the conference.
All bank service charges, GST, and administrative fees will be deducted from the refunds.
