Cancellation and Refund Policy



  • If the cancellation is done up to 31st May 2025, 75% amount will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation is done up to 31st July 2025, 50% amount will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation is done up to 31st August 2025, 25% amount will be refunded.
  • No refund will be made for the requests made on or after 1st September, 2025.
  • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing, by email.
  • All refunds will be made 30 days after the conference.
  • All bank service charges, GST, and administrative fees will be deducted from the refunds.
  • Please refer to the cut-off dates for cancellation.
